Who We Are

Disability Resource Center informs persons with disabilities of their rights, educates them about their responsibilities, provides support services, promotes advocacy, and raises community awareness about disability issues.

Disability Resource Center is a cross-disability, community-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates solely on grants and contributions. We welcome and appreciate the ongoing support from businesses, foundations, individuals, and organizations.

Disability Resource Center provides its five core services and additional offerings in alternate formats upon request. We offer sign language interpreters, materials in large print, and written policies in accessible formats. Our office is equipped with a TTY, VRS, and a Braille machine. Magnifiers are available, and our computer lab includes tools to magnify documents. Additionally, we provide access to the Language Line Personal Interpreter Service for communication in languages other than English.
